My four AI files were rejected for the following reasons:
- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.
- Undeclared Generative AI Content.
- Content not compliant with overall guidelines
can someone help me understand why, because I got similar files in the review, and I did mention "Generative AI" in the title and also in the tags, and they say "Undeclared Generative AI Content", which is wrong.

The wood: besides colour noise, sharpness and other defects, you should look out for artefacts like this:

The same here with the rocks (left side):

I see errors pretty everywhere in the images, so I've only shown some extracts here. None of the assets looks very realistic. I saw that good with the wooden structure.
But these are quality issues.

I didn't pay much attention because they were accepted by another stock photo platform, The AI files were good when I created them, but I used Topaz Gigapixel AI to upscale them. Topaz Gigapixel AI can sometimes introduce artifacts and noise, which I think may have happened because I chose the wrong settings or upscaled the images too much. Next time, I'll try upscaling them by 2x only.

Getting acceptance on one platform does not guarantee acceptance here.

I know "generative, generative AI, AI". I copied the tags above from the files on my computer, but they weren't there because I uploaded the files to different platforms. I don't add those tags in the metadata; I add them when I upload the files to Adobe Stock, and I'm sure I added them to all those files when I uploaded them, because I double-checked

I know that every platform has its own rules and guidelines. Some of my files were not accepted on other platforms, but were accepted on Adobe Stock, and vice versa.

According to the guidelines, you only need to tick this to have correctly tagged your asset:

I've selected this option, these AI files were uploaded before the new update, so I added "generative AI" to the title and the keywords

Then your tags were incomplete, as you should have also there added several mandatory tags.

@Abambo is correct. You only need to click the box as shown. And since no people or property appear in the images provided, you would select "No," as shown in the attached screenshot. Stating in the title or keywords that you are submitting AI content is no longer required.

Putting the reasons given for rejection aside for a moment, I'm wondering about your keywording in general. I don't see how skincare, cosmetic and health care come into play here. And did you label these Photos or Illustrations? What was your sub-category. I assume Graphic Resource? Yet graphic resource is missing in your keywording, which would fit well in these cases.
