Dear Community Expert Team, When I upload AI-generated images or vectors, I check these two boxes. Because I am not uploading images or vectors of real people or properties.
I only upload images and vectors of fictional designs and fictional people.
Is my system correct?
Yep!
Read the text carefully. It says "if you used a real person or property to generate your AI asset". If, for instance, you used a picture of Nelson Mandela to generate an AI equivalent, you would NOT check that box.

But if you use a real person or property as a model, you need to submit a release.

Dear Jill C, Yes, I understand that no checkmark can be given for any famous person or logo. But when uploading a chair, table, fruit, flower image or vector design, I am giving checkmarks in two boxes. Is this process correct?

You don't need to check that box for simple everyday objects.

Thanks, but the option you provided here requires selecting yes or no for any image. In this case, wouldn't it be more acceptable to tick both options in the AI image selection box for images created with AI? Because even if you don't tick the, People and Property are fictional box there, you have to tick the No box here, and this applies to all films. From this perspective, if I check both boxes in the AI section, it's fine, unless my photo is of a famous person or place. Wouldn't it be safer for me to upload a photo created with AI, except for famous people or places, with both boxes checked?

Chairs, tables, etc., are not considered "property." That applies to landmarks, such as well-know bridges or structures. We have seen examples of AI versions of such, which should CORRECTLY be checked as "yes," which would result in getting a notice to supply a property release. But people are checking "no," and they are mistakenly (in my opinion) being accepted.
