There is chroma noise in the sky which will cause the image to be rejected based on quality issues.
I assume this was rejected for Technical/Quality reasons.
Are you familiar with the expression "location, location, location?"
This is what you're competing with in Stock inventory.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.

If you're new to falling in love with photography, Welcome to to the club.
I could say so much it would bore you. Pause to think about what your interests are,
then make images in your head of that. Don't be afraid to get wild imagining things, and even if you don't know how to,
go and experiment shooting.
If I was starting from scratch, I would focus on learning Adobe Photoshop, and use Youtube University to accelaerate your skills.
The idea is to play and find the interests i what you see. We all love shooting from the airplane window, just keep in mind those photos are mostly for our own memories... One more thing, never submit photos that have been edited on the phone, they will almost never get approve. What I did to your photo literally took less than the time to write this message.
It's an awesome love, nurture it and be kind to you and your work.
Cheers!

This is not a platform to post your pictures but to get help with contributor issues. The picture is nice, and you even can read the writings on the wings, but if you look at the bottom or at the sky, you see typical issues caused by small sensor cameras. There is nothing you can do about that, as these are physical limitations. The picture may have its value, but unfortunately for you, not for Adobe Stock. If it gets accepted (by error), it will get removed after the first complaints by customers.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
