Hello, something very weird and deeply worrying just happend today. All of my around 400 AI images were removed today one by one. It all started at 5pm and lastetd until 8.30pm. Only 31 images are left (or maybe still they will disapper) Ive had pretty good sales for last two months, accordingly 162 and 220 images in August and September. I only started my AI in June. Im so deeply saddned and have no idea what went wrong? Any ideas?
The hands are messed up in the 2nd image.
the 3rd image is blurry
The 4th image has jagged edges
In the 5th image, the woman's eyes have no pupils, the man's shirt collar isn't right and he has artifacts in his eyebrow.
In the 6th image, the shirt collar is also not right, and the woman has artifacts on her teeth. Her eyes aren't quite right either.
I don't see a technical issue with the hamburger image.

I've seen other users report having assets removed after being accepted. I'm guessing this happens for a few different reasons, but I've only known this to happen when there is a complaint. I've always assumed there is some sort of QC that happens internally as well. In my experience for large numbers of assets that the account is temporarily disabled until the appropriate assets are removed. Are you in the US? Feel free to post of the assets with metadata and we'll see if we spot anything obvious that could cause them to be removed.

Thank you for your respond. Im in Poland. I also want to mention that Ive been having my Adobe account for many years now (cant remember but even maybe since 2012, but my oldest uploads are form 2019) I just got into AI this last June.

Are these examples ones that have been removed or among the 31 that remain?

I don't have any insight into Adobe's internal policies with regard to account reviews and account suspensions, so anything I might say is just a guess. If your account is still active, by all means, continue to upload your best assets. The Moderators have gotten much more experienced at spotting flaws in AI images, so proceed cautiously.

@Jill_C already mention the hands, but I'm not sure if she meant the prominent ones in the foreground or ALL the hands that seem oddly attached to people or to no people in particular. Sometimes, dealing with AI is like playing a game of Where's Waldo. You have to really scrutinize every inch of an image to assure there are no errors.

The only other thing I can think of is to have someone from another country check your portfolio to confirm they are actually missing. I hear often about those who live in Turkey that they can't see their assets because of restrictions there, but people in other countries can see them. I haven't heard of those happening to someone from Poland, but maybe it's worth ruling out. If you do want to do this but feel uncomfortable sharing your profile publicly, you can pm it to some of the members replying to this thread 🙂
Otherwise, I think @Jill_C gave some great advice. Cheers!

Thank you George for your message. We do not have such a restrictions here in Poland, and I know for the fact that pictures were removed cause I received few hundred emails with the message of rejection - 1 email for each image, can you imagine? They were coming non stop from 5pm till 8.30pm. For the first hour I thought that there might be some bug or just something wrong happening..... Well, I guess I'm slowly starting to accept it, but still dont understand why it all hapened in such a harsh way. Few of my shots were among featured images on first two pages of category.....cant understand it at all.

That's quite a good indication that someone was checking your account and found that the images were not good enough for Adobe stock. Very often, such reviews are triggered by customer complaints. What was the rejection reason?
If you would get blocked, they would not take the pain to remove the assets one by one. This is a moderation issue at the Adobe side. This is indeed a "gentle" way to do this, as the "harsh" way would be to block your account.

They didn't provide me with any information. Now I understand that some shot might have had mistakes, but not all of them. Few random AI shots were left in my portfolio anyways.
Well, I'm kind of glad that it was more of a "gentle" reaction. Good thing is that my editorial shots were admitted overnight and my account is still up and running 🙂
That was like a wild tornado, now I'm slowly getting back on my track. Lesson learned.

You do not find traces of the images in your refused corner? https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/uploads/rejected

I do. I can see each one of the rejected image. I was just very surprised with this action. 400 images out at once. I heard that certain images might be removed because of the errors, but not all the images at once, even the error - free one. Well, I can't really do much about it. Just hope my next ones will fully meet the criteria.

So what does the rejection reason say?

Quality reason.

Don't get me wrong, but that is the reason that I asked here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/all-of-my-ai-images-removed/m-p/141292....
Are they all quality reason, or are some marked for different reasons, like Non-Compliant?
It may well be, that they did a fast check and found minimal errors on assets like the hamburger. From those six posted here, @Jill_C found to be 5 erronous, the hamburger would have passed with her as modererroneoussee some light effects that could justify a refusal. Anyhow, I think it would have been better for all those assets to get refused at the submission. But when customers complain, assets get scrutinized again. I see numerous accounts with multiple erroneous assets, even looking only at the previews.

Could you please send the link again, the one you send goes back to my topic.
No - there was only quality reason, few were IP. Non of them were Non-Compliant.
I totally agree, they should be refused at the submission, that way I would probably learn about mistakes and fix it along the way, see more things, learn faster about AI. Anyways its better to learn and see late than never. I'm happy that my account is not blocked.
