Am I the only one who thinks there is no consistent standard for judging?

hello everyone
I find the file review criteria inconsistent these days.

As you can see from the photo I attached, some files are rejected and some are approved, even though they are files with the same specifications.

The reason for rejection is that it does not meet quality standards, which does not make sense.

It would have been better if it had been rejected with similar content. It's not like that.

This never happened before, but it happens often these days.

Doesn’t it seem like AI is doing the judging?

It is hard for us to say without seeing the originals. But, because humans review the files, it is possible, that there are different standards. You can always make some slight corrections and resubmit.

Hi @Playful_Enchantment5F9E ,

Each artwork has it's own potential for errors that can result in quality refusal. We cannot assist with finding the error from a thumbnail view. We need to see a copy of what you submit to Adobe.

Best wishes

Jacquelin
