It seems that you haven't read the Adobe Stock guidelines on the Help pages. In this page it specifically says that black and white images are not allowed, and that you should not post identical or similar images.

Studying the wealth of material that Adobe has provided will improve your chances of acceptance and sales immeasurably.

Query the database of existing Adobe Stock images for "red rose", and you will see that there are already millions of beautiful images in the database, so you should aim to find something more unique to photograph.
