APPEAL LETTER FOR ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,

My name is Cuong, and I am the owner of the Adobe Stock account with the username FoodArts. I have been using Adobe Stock for many years to sell images that I have created using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

Recently, I received a notification that my account has been suspended due to alleged violations of copyright policies, including claims of submitting inappropriate content, submitting excessive content, or content that I may not own the rights to, as well as spamming or engaging in other prohibited activities. However, I would like to clarify that all the images I uploaded to Adobe Stock are clean and fall under categories such as food, business work, and backgrounds. These images were created by me and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

I have always adhered to Adobe Stock’s terms and conditions throughout my time on the platform. All of my images meet Adobe's content guidelines and do not contain any inappropriate or offensive material. The suspension of my account has significantly impacted my work, and I kindly request that Adobe reviews this case fairly.

I would appreciate Adobe’s support in reviewing the content I have uploaded and restoring my account so I can continue using the service.

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity:
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties.
5) Violation of other Stock Contributor Terms below.

You will need to identify the erroneous assets, if they give you a second chance. They won't tell you that this or that asset violates the rules. It's not easy if one is persuaded that "one did not violate any terms".

I believe Adobe only began accepting AI assets about a year and a half ago. How have you been submitting AI for "many years?"

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

This forum is not contributor support and Adobe won't comment here on your suspension.
