artefacts or grass & leaves?

the shown photo has been taken as .raw, .jpeg only extracted for upload and was rejected because of artefacts. i just want to learn where the artefacts are. i do not care if the photo is accepted or not, i just want to know if it is really because of artefacts or it does not match any other critieria. i have added 100% crop from one part of the photo.

the only reason could be, that it is too detailed ...

In images taken in day light Without looking at an image at 100% zoom it is not possible where are the artifacts are. Zoom Image at 100%+ and see if there are any artifacts or noise in shadows i.e. tree trunk, tank shadow.
