Artifacts Problem feedback

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to doing stock work at all. I'm finding the feedback from various sites very interesting. I was wondering if anyone could help me see why this picture was rejected due to an Artifacts Problem. I'd love to fix it if I can but if there is something I'm not seeing in critiquing my pictures, I'd like to try and learn how to see it. Any feedback is really appreciated, thank you!

Hi,

you can see the artifacts in your picture, for example, around the US flags and the leaves of the trees in front of the blue sky. In the 100% view you can see a bright and/or colored border around the outer contours, called "chromatic aberration".

These can be created directly during shooting or caused by image processing (sharpening, contrast enhancement, etc.), but can be corrected by the image processing software.Youtube is your friend here....
