Assistance Needed Regarding Transition to New Contributor Account

Some time ago, I created an Adobe Contributor account using my mother's ID card and personal details, including her tax information and PayPal account. Payments from that account were processed accordingly. Recently, I decided to open a new Contributor account using my own ID and personal details. I have since stopped posting images to the old account and am actively uploading new content to my own account.
I would like advice on the best way to proceed. Specifically, I wish to continue working with my own account while ensuring I can access the earnings from my mother's account. Both accounts are tied to separate sets of personal information, including tax forms and payment details.
kindly provide any guidance or positive solutions on how to manage this situation in a way that complies with Adobe's policies?

The key is to remain transparent and take the necessary steps to be compliant with Adobe policies and local tax laws
Creating an account and using another person's personal information (even with consent) is completely prohibited.
You should close your mother's account.

No judgement here.

1) Kill off the offending account that you created fraudulently. That must happen immediately.

2) Don't give any explanations. If Adobe Stock learns that you created a fraudulent account, they can terminate BOTH accounts permanently.

3) Just say you want to cancel the account and delete the original collection from Stock.

As previously indicated, you, or rather your mother who is technically the owner of the original accounts and all the assets uploaded to that account, will have to contact Adobe to have the account closed. Read clause 6.1 of the Adobe Stock Contributor Agrrement.

What do you mean? You already have access to both accounts and you have access to the terms of agreement. Just follow them:
Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement Product Specific Terms (en_US)
Account and submission guidelines at Adobe Stock

I'm still confused. You want to maintain your mother's account while using your own? And the assets on your mother's account are your own? If I understand your post, and that the assets in both accounts are yours, you need to have your mother's account deleted. Just guessing here, but I see all kinds of Adobe's T&Cs being violated if I'm reading your email correctly.

Why did you have an account under your mother's name? Were you under the age of 18? If so, I think you already broke Adobe's terms and conditions.
