Attaching more than 1 Model Release

Hi, My image contains two people and I have their model releases. When uploading the image for review I attached one release but now it is greyed out when trying to attach the second - any ideas on this please.

Thanks for reply. I have just worked it out that I was naming the files less than 5 characters...

Just for the record: Each person needs his or her own model release, and you can attach as much as you need to a picture.

Why not just scan the releases into one file, and upload that?
