bonjour

bergues pendant le carnaval ? parfois les images sont rejetés pour problèmes techniques mais cela peut etre pour une autre raison : le bonhome peut etre considéré comme une oeuvre d'art donc rejet. oublier et passer à une autre image

bonjour si c'était une autre raison il aurait marqué une autre raison or, la c'est marqué la meme raison "PROBLÈMES TECHNIQUES" et non" REFUS LIÉ À LA PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE" pour l'oeuvre d'art.

No, reviewers only give you one rejection reason per submission however the image may contain multiple problems.

And I quite agree that all artwork, puppets, mascots, dolls, etc.. should be accompanied by a signed release from the owner/artist if it is the main subject of your image. If a human is inside the mascot, you will need a model release, too, in order to sell your image commercially.

@Nancy OShea A model release is only required if the person is identifiable. That would be difficult in a case like this.

La perspective et l'horizon sont fautif. Pour le reste il se peut très bien que la photo passera avec quelques adaptations marginales (contrast local, par exemple). Il faut bien sûre recadrer les bords dans mon exemple...:
