Question

Can I create a private gallery to integrate with my website?

Is it possible to create non-public galleries in Adobe Stock to allow me to sell images from specific events to clients without giving access to everyone, thus avoiding model releases etc?

As @Abambo said, no not on Stock.

However, you can create password protected pages in your Adobe Portfolio website that is separate from Adobe Stock.  And Adobe Portfolio allows you to create up to 5 websites and as many custom pages as you want.  See below for more details on using Adobe Portfolio for your website.

- FAQ & Knowledgebase - https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us

- Password Protecting Pages- https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035537174-Password-protecting-pages

- Or contact the Adobe Portfolio Support Team directly for technical help - https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=177168

Hope that helps.

No. Adobe stock is not your personal e-shop. You need to organize this differently.

Nb: I will move this to stock contributor.
