Can I Use Image Trace for Grunge Texture Vectors on Adobe Stock?

Hello, I hope you all are doing well.

While designing posters and t-shirts, I always use and create my own overlay textures. Now, I'm thinking about uploading grunge overlay textures to my Adobe Stock contributor account in vector format. But to create overlay textures in vector, I need to use the Image Trace option in Adobe Illustrator to convert my textures into vectors.

So my question is: Is it okay to use the Image Trace option? I noticed that Adobe Stock's vector requirements mention: "Keep your use of trace features to a minimum." That’s why I just wanted to ask, can I use the Image Trace tool for creating texture vectors, or will it cause issues?

If anyone has uploaded assets to Adobe Stock using Image Trace, please share your experience.

Image trace very often creates poor vector output, that needs to be curated. But if you correctly process the vector items, you can use trace.

Basically, the result I want and need for the overlay texture is easily achieved using the Image Trace option in Adobe Illustrator. After using Image Trace, the output looks exactly like a proper grunge texture. If there are any mistakes, I can fix them manually. However, I was a bit concerned whether creating a vector using only the Image Trace option is a good idea or not. To be honest, as far as I know, Image Trace is the easiest and most effective solution for this type of texture. I attached the SS for reference to textures.
