Can't sync fotolia

Hi, I am unable to complete the fotolia sync - I had a fotolia account many years ago, I can log in to Adobe, but can't log in to fotolia to do the sync, and when I try to reset my fotolia password I don't receive any emails with a link to enable me to do this. Seems I can't contact support without logging in first - which I can't do! 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

This specific task needs to be accomplished by Contributor Support.  Log in to your Adobe account, and at follow the links at the bottom to support, and there is a Contact Is link a bit towards to the bottom of the page.  I've included the link for convenience. 

 

Just explain you have a Fotolia account to merge to your current account and they should take it from there.  It may take a few weeks to get a reply, and anticipate a follow-up email for additional information if they need it.  Good luck!

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately i seem to be stuck in some kind of loop - I just keep getting back to the page that says "upload my first asset"

What device are you accessing from?  Just confirming you've tried a desktop browser?
