Can we send money from two adobe stock accounts into one account at skill because one is my brother's account he makes his own designs and I make my own designs, let our accounts get blocked because we send money from both accounts to one skill

Why not just open up your own payment account? Intermingling funds can leads to all sorts of problems, including with the tax authorities...

It could also lead to thinking that there are multiple accounts from one contributor with similar media types. This is not allowed and could result in suspended accounts and lost earnings.

From an Adobe POV that works fine. There are other considerations for not doing that.
