Cannot sync my fotolia account with my adobe account

When I try to login I'm told I'm already logged in and won't let me go any further. I don't have any other tabs open to get this message. I've looked at other people's issues as I have the same message suggesting I link the accounts however they get an error while I just can't open the fotolia account. I've changed my password so thats not the problem.

You need to contact Adobe stock contributor support. Fotolia has been closed down now for several years.

Thanks but each time I click to the Stock Contributor support now it wants me to log in via my fotolia account and when I do it says "that account is already in use". Its really frustrating because I can't even click onto support now.
