If I create a vector design using a paid AI tool, then manually recreate it exactly or with some modifications and upload it, do I need to mark it with the 'AI' tag?

Please elaborate why you think that the flag is necessary according to the Adobe rules.

If any part of your design was created with an AI tool, it must be declared as AI. If you simply used an AI drawing as your inspiration and then completely recreated it manually using a non-AI tool it doesn't need to be labeled AI.

Yes, I want to use AI for ideas and inspiration to design, then manually recreate the exact design given by AI using Adobe Illustrator. So, in this case, I don’t need to check the ‘Generated with AI’ box, right?

Yes that's correct.

If you are recreating it by hand, I would say no.
