But for me it is not clear if I can use my own name as reference. Of course I do not want to say I am a great artist, but just for curiosity 🙂

No, you can not use your own name.

Why? At the end I own my own style and can give myself permission to use it. (of course if AI have the slightest idea about my style 😄 )

Because those are the rules. If you were to submit images depicting yourself, then you could use your own name and submit a model releae attesting to the fact that you are the model and the creator of the image in question.

IMHO you shift the target. We do not talk about the model/property releases but for the right to use my own name.

Then go ahead. Use your name. But be prepared to have your assets rejected. There are no doubt examples of art on Adobe Stock, but it is not an art site. Businesses are not interested in who created the assets they are in need of. They do not enter names of particular contributors when they are searching for stock. You can certainly use your real name as the title for your portfolio, but not individual assets.

Also, if you want to sell your images as art, with your name associated with those works of art or your particular style, there are other sites for doing that, such as PicFair.

This is interesting site. But (I am sorry to say it) again shift the target. My question is can I sell AI generated images with mentioned my name in Adobe stock.

I see it. But it is not clear for me why I can't reffer myself. As I explain above I can provide release to myself that I give permission to myself to use my style (or reffer to myself).

I understand this is a kind of legal case, but by definition I own the copyright(s).

Nobody's questioning your copyright ownership, if you own full rights to your AI your assets.

What you use for AI prompts is your own concern.

But if you want to sell Stock images for commercial use, do not mention real people (living or dead) in the titles, keywords or descriptions.

So to clarify: I can use my name as definition of style in keyword I use to AI. And can't use my name in meta data of generated image. This change (for me) the things.
