H, this content has been rejected . Can anybody say me what could be the problem?

The rejection reason is “technical issues”.

Technical issues are noise and colour noise, out of focus, chromatic aberration, shadow clipping.

I'm also wondering about that lightning effect.

I believe the highlighted area by the sun, that created that blown out details might also contribute to the rejection.

besides that what Abambo said I would add before you submit, please review the submission guidelines carefully and compare your work with other Stock inventory.
