Clearing cache / cookings and refreshing did not work at all.
What did work for me is using an incognito window. I'm using Chrome but I think most browsers have this feature. Not the best solution but at least it's a workaround for now.

Hi,

There are a few other options to clear junk and organize space. Try these:

  • Run your device maintenance application.
  • Manage your Google Play Service Space by clearing unnecessary data.

Run data Ping and Speed Test using your provider application or any other reliable one you have access to. If you Ping is more than 50ms then you are likely to have a problem. If you are having intermittent service, that will also cause the issue. If your Internet service is too slow you will also have the problem.

I hope these suggestion works

Best wishes

I got this error when I tried going to the site today. Clearing my cache was the first thing I tried, and it didn't work. I can log in from my phone, but I can't request payouts or do much else.

Try using a different web browser entirely. If that doesn't work, you may need to log in using a VPN if the country you live in is preventing access. The contributor portal is functioning properly at this time.

It's been a week for me. I can't log in to my dashboard to check sales, upload new stuff etc. Nothing helps (cleaning cache, cookies, tried other browsers).

I try since 4 days. I cleared all the cache files completly and deleted all my Adobe cookies. WTF! It's still not working!

No, it's not fixing the error.

Possibly clear your browser cache and try again.

I have the same problem and keep running into it. And clearing the cache doesn't help, I don't know what to do.
