(CONTRIBUTOR) payment was completed but i didn't receive money

On Adobe stock contributor page says that "Payment done", but I didn't receive money on my Paypal. 

I was reading that this issue is for Ukrainian contributors, as I am. What I have to do to return money to stock, so I can submit another withdrawal to Payoneer?

I ended up using Payoneer, PayPal does not work. Make sure you connected Payoneer via Adobe Stock Contributor page when you request for payout 🙂

Hi, I'm from Urkraine too and have the same issue.

Could you tell me where you read about the problem with PayPal for Ukraine, and please tell me how you solved this problem?

If Pay Pal has refused the payment, it will be returned to Adobe and will re-appear in your Adobe account. I'm not sure how long this takes though...

It may take up to 30 days, according to PayPal, but it is usually faster to refund Adobe.
