(CONTRIBUTOR) payment was completed but i didn't receive money

I requested payment 24.10 and it was pending until 04.11, then the status changed to "Payment done" but I still haven't received any money.

What could be the reason and when will I receive the money?

At the moment, Ukrainian users can only accept personal payments. There are two types of money transfers that you can send via PayPal - personal (transfer to a friend or relative, sending funds as a gift) and commercial (payment for a product or service). In most cases, withdrawal from such sites is possible only through a commercial payment, therefore, the withdrawal from Adobe will be rejected and the funds will be returned to the sender within no more than 30 calendar days.

 

Does this mean that after 30 days I will receive the money back to my account and I will need to request a new transfer to another way?

Today the money was returned to my account and I requested a new payment (now Payoneer). I hope that this time everything will work)

That's a good week. I would suggest that you contact PayPal support and with their answer in hands, you contact contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support) There are reports of people not getting their money after the status changes to done, but we really do have too little information on this at the moment.

 

Depending on the region you are in, there may be different rules to receive funds.

 

If there was a transfer problem, Adobe will credit the amount back to your Adobe account. But that can take some time.

I've changed your correct answers because the answer above is the cause that the money did not appear in your account. There needs to be a legal reason for this, otherwise I do not know why PayPal could ask for a professional account. It's a while that I did not asked for a payment, and I know that PayPal did change their conditions. I would need to check if we in EU-Europe have similar restrictions.
