Question

Hey, recently I've recieved a ban after sending my earnings to my paypal. Can somebody tell me why? mr. Diego Gomez from adobe security wrote to me in the email, to it was a "unusual sales activity". Really? I mean, when someone pay's to you guys, adobe, it's ok, but when you have to pay, then it's unusual? [Profanity removed by moderator], I didn't do anything wrong, to get the ban. All conent was created by me, uploaded by me, andthe money are EARNED BY ME. To take this to a different approach, I was trying to log in while my VPN on an iphone was enabled, maby that's the issue?or maby not? Adobe, what do you have to say?

If your account has been blocked, it cannot be addressed in a public forum. The contributor relations team is the only option available for communication with such issues. -Mat Hayward

You need to contact contributor-support@adobe.com.  Ask them what they mean by "unusual sales activity". Is your portfolio still active offering photos for sale? Ask them how you can prove identity and clarify the situation. Remember, they are only trying to prevent fraud; which is also in your best interest. Naturaly, a VPN will deliver an IP address which might be suspicious. Like I said, calmly explain the situation and ask how to clear up the possible misunderstanding.
