Creating a CSV file for AI illustrations. Name of columns?

Hi!

How to label AI illustrations in a CSV file? What should be the name of the "File type" column and the "Created using generative AI tools" column? I can't find it in the instructions.

You do not find it in the instructions because the CSV upload has been initiated long before AI assets existed. However, as illustrations existed before, you can index as illustrations, and you just need to update the “Created using generative AI tools” manually before submission to moderation.

I hope you're not submitting too many assets at one time. Keep in mind that Stock is putting limits on how many submissions one can have in the review queue. That number varies by contributor but the intent is the same, to discourage AI submissions from slamming the system which creates longer wait times for everyone.

Some artists take great pride in what they do which is fantastic. But far too many view AI as a get-rich-quick scheme which never happens. If you're new to Generative AI Illustration, submit 10 of your very highest quality assets. Wait for Stock to accept/reject. Then decide if you should submit more.

The wait time for "Generative AI Illustration" is currently 1-3 months. Focus on quality vs quantity. Follow the AI submission requirements to the letter.
