Critique: Any suggestions as to why this image was rejected?

Hi there

I'm new to Adobe Stock and have been trying to upload some images into it. One has come back as rejected for technical issues - but offers no suggestions as to what those might be. Can anyone offer some suggestions as to why the attached image has been rejected?

Thanks in advance,

Stuart

#1 It's B&W and Adobe Stock customers won't pay for B&W.  They want color.

#2 Too grainy and noisy.

Adobe Stock looks for highest visual and technical quality. See links below.
