Discrepancy in Upload Counts and Payments on Adobe Stock

Has anyone else experienced Adobe incorrectly calculating uploads? When I look at my upload activity, it shows 11, but in the downloads section, it displays only 6 items, and the payment is also half of what it should be.

I also have different sums shown between my dashboard and the statistics report.

One week reported on the dashboard is not equal to today - 7 days on my statistics report.

Check the starting date. I'm sure your limiting the data from there.

Nope I checked it the starting date is december 2023. But this problem not only with my account my friend said that he also have same problem. For today, 3 march I have 11 downloads in Activity tab, but in downloads I'm seeing only 8..

Dashboard shows a twelve week trend, and this year's numbers.

Mystatistics shows a 3 month trend, from December 3 to March 3.

That are different starting dates.
