Discrepancy in Upload Counts and Payments on Adobe Stock

Has anyone else experienced Adobe incorrectly calculating uploads? When I look at my upload activity, it shows 11, but in the downloads section, it displays only 6 items, and the payment is also half of what it should be.

Check the starting date. I'm sure your limiting the data from there.

Nope I checked it the starting date is december 2023. But this problem not only with my account my friend said that he also have same problem. For today, 3 march I have 11 downloads in Activity tab, but in downloads I'm seeing only 8..

Dashboard shows a twelve week trend, and this year's numbers.

Mystatistics shows a 3 month trend, from December 3 to March 3. 

That are different starting dates.

Please check the screenshots. You will see that I set daily statistic of downloads, and the second screenshot showing the daily activity. In daily activity there are 11 downloads but in total downloads I can see only 6. There are some bug which need to be fixed because I'm not getting earning from all downloads.

Check for a well terminated day. Like February 28th.

For February it's ok. But starting with march in every day there are same problem..

Check with contributor support. You need to mention that you check the day's downloads and earnings, or they will have the same misunderstanding that I had. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support) March 1st should be closed now. Do you also get the daily earning reports?

I also have different sums shown between my dashboard and the statistics report.

One week reported on the dashboard is not equal to today - 7 days on my statistics report.
