Do not know why Image was rejected

Non-compliance is not technical issues. You were lucky on this point with your first image. But there are strong reasons to refuse both assets on technical issues. It may really mean that the moderator simply chose the wrong refusal reason (reason 5 instead of 6, you see the kind…). It may also be that something in the title or keywords was inappropriate, but that normally means that the asset goes into the reminder tab and, when the issue is not addressed, gets refused with a “Non-Compliant Image” refusal. The text that is shown is generic, and does not address necessarily the problems with your asset.

All in all, you really should be more self-critical with your assets:

Besides the obvious generative AI errors, you also have optical errors (chromatic aberration) at the border of the asset in the water waves:

Looking at the first image I see a lot of noise in the blue upper left sky.

The right tree in front of the cabin is distorted where it crosses the roof.

The chimney on the bottom cabin is in the water.

Don't rely on AI. You must carefully review your work.

So the first one that was accepted should have been rejected for Quality Issues.  Did you see the size of the dust spot in that one??  It's huge!  There is also notoceable noise in the top left corner and the image isn't super sharp.  I agree with @daniellei4510 , something feels off about the cabins.

Anyway, on to the non-compliance.  A Non-compliance rejection simply means that one of the general guidelines isn't being complied with.  The last several of these I've read about have been keyword and title issues, so I would check those thoroughly.  Make sure everything is in the same language and there isn't a mention of a known property restriction or mention of another artist.

Did you get a request for a property release at some point?  If your photo was in the reminder tab and you resubmitted with no changes that could lead to a non-compliance rejection.

Perhaps reading through the User Guide to see what guidelines you aren't complying with might be helpful.  I still check there when I'm in doubt.

The metadata appears as though these are photos and not AI generated images?  Perhaps that is where the non-compliance comes from.

These are always tough ones to figure out. Personally, I would have rejected both. The first one for the fact that the lit windows look more like there were fires going on inside and there are no obvious roads leading to the cabins. How would people get there other than helicopters? The only objection I have with the second one (I didn't open these in Photoshop to take a closer look) is what appears to be a duck or something in the lower left hand corner that should have been removed. As for the "non-compliance" reason for rejection, it might have just been a poor choice for the reason for rejection or the moderator mistakenly assumed a property release should have been provided.

That said, I'd wait for a few others to chime in to submit their appraisals.
