Dollar Bill Photography

Hi everyone! I was wondering if these types of images with dollar bills can be uploaded to adobe stock. Because It was rejected by adobe cause of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL. Appreciate the help 🙏

Currency     World   PARTIAL Paper money must not be reproduced in whole but partial depictions (<75%) may be acceptable in some countries. All currency featuring the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II is unacceptable.

Adobe stock does not allow you to show paper money. Even though there are money bills that have been accepted, the rules of today state differently.
