Doubt if it is spam or not to upload two identical videos but with different speeds

Good afternoon Adobe people, I have a rather big and important question. You see, I am preparing and uploading videos in the cloud to the platform, and I upload two identical videos but with different speeds, in case the user does not like the speed that the other can choose. I have been looking at information from adobe regarding videos and it says spam is not allowed and users like to edit the videos they download, so I am uploading two identical videos but with different speeds, would it be considered? spam?, is a very important question because it is not my intention to spam.

Concentrate on creating more original content, not duplicating what you have already submitted.

If you're lacking high-quality original content to upload, you may need to branch into other assets besides video.

I understand, thank you very much for your answer, I was wrong from the beginning.

That would be spam I'm sure. Adobe don't want multiple copies of the same video to come up on a search, it makes the service look bad. Just upload at the highest frame rate, users working with videos will resave to the required rate.
