My assets are still not downloaded, especially the png assets, what is the reason ??? Experts will give their opinion

What do you mean "they are still not downloaded"? Do you mean they haven't been approved by the Moderators or they haven't been sold yet?

So far no one has downloaded a single file of mine.

Click on the "Buy" button in the black menu bar (right side) on your Adobe Stock Portfolio. Search for images in the same category as your image. If you have submitted images in a particularly competitive category, such as pets, sunsets, sunrises, flowers, or food there are many thousands of images already in the database and yours are probably many, many pages down in the results and may never be seen by Buyers. You can click on "Insights" and "Artist Hub" on the black menu bar of your Dashboard to get an idea of what images are selling and desirable.

I can't see your assets thus I can't render an opinion either way. I don't know what you have to offer. 

To earn a steady income from Stock you need a large diverse portfolio of assets. 

• How long ago were your assets accepted by Adobe Stock?
• How many assets are in your Stock portfolio?
• Are your assets diverse enough to attract many different buyers?
• Have you created an Adobe Portfolio site?  Portfolio is free for paid Creative Cloud members and Stock Contributors.

• Are you promoting yourself on Behance & social media channels?

There is no guarantee, that after having assets accepted, people will buy them. Maybe nobody has had yet a need for your assets. Maybe your keywords are not good. Maybe the pictures do not stand out against the competition.

It is known that you need many assets in your portfolio to generate decent sales numbers.

Additional reason: The PNG assets are quite new.
