Downloading of assets stopped.

My assests downloading stopped after ban on submission of zip files.... May i know that why it stopped? do i have to convert all the files compressed to zipfolder into eps and reupload all this hundreds of files again?

what is happening can anyone help me?

There is no ban on ZIP file submissions. They were never the target format. You used them to embed a preview file together with your vector file. Adobe now generates the preview files as needed. There is no relation between slow sales and this change. You do not need to upload any files again.

When you upload files to Stock, you must follow the written submission requirements contained in your Stock Contributor User Guide.  Vector graphics must be submitted as .ai, .eps or .svg.  Adobe Stock generates the preview image for you.

 

If you have questions about assets that were previously uploaded to Stock, reach out to Stock Contributor Support from your Contributor's panel.
