If you submitted this to stock, you got a refusal for technical issues, but you have also IP issues, and you will need model releases for 2 persons, as I suspect that the picture in the lady's phone cover is not the same as the lady herself…

Do you have a question about a photo you submitted to Adobe Stock?  If it was rejected, what was the rejection reason?  If you're not a Stock Contributor, no need to post here.
