Hallo,

ich habe dieses Bild selbst aus meinen Foto-Ressourcen erstellt und auf Adobe Stock als Illustration (da es ja kein Foto ist) hochgeladen. Es wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, es handle sich wahrscheinlich um ein KI generiertes Bild. Ein grundsätzlich abgelehntes Bild würde mich nicht so irritieren, aber wie steht es nun um die Beweispflicht, dass es sich um KEIN generiertes Bild handelt? Und wird es dann doch angenommen oder doch abgelehnt? Ich bin gespannt auf Eure Antwort, da ich nicht weiß, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll.

The form can be downloaded from the same page where you enter your titles and keywords. The option to download a release will become apparent after selecting "Yes."

Adobe's recommended solution, as indicated on the Discord server, is to resubmit and accompany the asset with a property release stating that you are the artist who created it.

Was the reason for rejection "undeclared AI" or "missing AI tag?" If the latter especially, this has been happening to others lately as well and we're kind of confused as to why. If enough people post to bring attention to this issue, maybe Adobe will get around to seeing what the problem is. That said, what you might try doing, since it's an original work, would be to submit it with a property release to show that it's an original work created by you. It's extra work, but that might help.

Vielen Dank für die Antwort. Der Grund ist ""Die Kennzeichnung zur KI-Generierung fehlt". Da es sich auch nicht um ein Foto handelt, musste eine Kennzeichnung als Illustration gemacht werden, was in meinem Fall richtig ist. Ich denke, wenn es anderen auch schon so geht, ist es ein grundsätzliches Problem der Bildsichter, nicht mehr unterscheiden können zwischen generierten oder selbst erstellten Bildern aus Fotomaterial. Da es viele verschiedene Inhalte sind, ist es tatsächlich etwas mehr Aufwand, die Einzelbilder als Quelle bereit zu stellen. Ich sehe hier ein grundsätzliches Problem der Trennung von eigenen Werken oder generierten.
