Excessive delay in reviewing my photographs, 6 months waiting. 🙄

I have assets waiting for review for 6 months, much longer than the maximum time allowed for review, which is 8 weeks, and I keep sending new photos that are also not being reviewed. I find this very strange, it seems that my contributor account was forgotten by the reviewers or has a bug. I have already sent a complaint but they only responded with a generic email asking me to continue waiting. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Read through the posts here. You are not alone. Theories as to why there is a slow-down abound, but no one here know for sure why there is such a delay. Some say preference is being given to AI assets, which is a possiblity, but there have been AI contributors experiencing the same issue.

Yes, many Contributors report waiting 2-3 months or even much longer to have their assets reviewed. I have some images that were submitted last June that are still in the "black hole" where Adobe Moderators never seem to look. Unfortunately, it seems there is nothing we can do to bring attention to these overlooked images. Some have suggested deleting and resubmitting those overlooked images, but I've had spotty success with that approach.
