Feedback on Rejected Photo

My photos were rejected due to technical issues. Please have a look and give feedback.

In addition to what @Jill_C mentioned in photo 1 (Osaka Park), you would also need model releases for the recognisable individiuals or you would need to crop them out.

 

Regarding photo 2, it is very important to check your images at 100%-200% magnification.  Besides the overexposure and blown highlights that Jill mentioned, it also appears that the photo was overprocessed.  The trees don't have any detail in them and have more of a painterly look (perhaps from oversharpening?)
