Hello everyone.

Can i get some info as to why my stock image was rejected. It was a sci-fi holloween theme one.

I would really appreciate feedback thanks.

It's a bit late in the season for Halloween themes. 

IMO, it's too dark and lacks sufficient detail for commercial use.

I assume you did this with Generative AI?

What was the rejection reason? Quality issues?

 

  • You posted here a PNG file. PNG files are required to have a transparent background.
  • You have artefacts:

     

  • You have missing contrasts.
  • You have missing blacks and whites (related to the contrasts claim):

Ok thank you for the feedback. Ill look into giving the png a transparent backround and ill be more critical of my artifacting. I dont understand the last part though about the missing black and whites relating to contrast. 

Ill be honest im new to this but i intentionally made the image to exclude monochrome(If i understand correctly.)

I appreciate the feedback

You misunderstood @Abambo. It would be next to impossible to put a transparent background on this image and have it accepted. What was meant is that It should have been submitted as a JPEG.
