Files are approved but not appeared in search

I uploaded files and they are approved but even after 24 hours, they are not appearing in search?

Are they visible in your public portfolio?

No they are not visible in public profile. I only see in my dashboard. When I click file number of contents, i see "the page cannot be found" page.

And you are really sure they did get approved?
