@Abambo is correct about the eyes. In fact, they should have been photoshopped into perfect round circles. Also, an image like these screams out to have room for copy. A 16:9 ratio with the robot moved toward the left would have more commercial value. Of if no copy would be necessary, a wider ratio gives the buyer some leeway to crop, especially when the background is blank.
Last but not least, and this is about robot images in general, moderators have probably had it up to their ears with static images of robots. They should actually be doing something (which is why robots are being created to begin with), and not just having their portraits taken.

You should give us the rejection reason. this one is probably also for quality issues. The eyes are showing artefacts, there is an inconsistency between focussed and unfocused areas.
