Hello,
I tried to sign in to my Fotolia contributer account and discovered that Fotolia has merged with Adobe. After some searching I found a few links for account migration, however most of them are now defunct and redirect to general pages. How can I recover my Fotolia contributer account, or gain access to the migrated account on Adobe?

In order to complete the transfer from Fotolia to Adobe, you’ll have to register an account first at https://stock.adobe.com/ with the same email address that was linked to the old Fotolia account. Once that is complete you'll need to send a request through the Contributor’s portal https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/contact to complete the migration. Hope that helps.
Fotolia is dead. You must create an Adobe Stock Contributor account and sync it with your Fotolia content.
Follow instructions below.

Hi Henrik,
I got the same problem as apletfx had. When I open the Contributor’s portal https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/contact I get the following error:

And on the sync page I get:
Do you know what might be the problem?

thank you for your reply.
When trying to migrate I get the following error: "Please contact our customer service team through this form for assistance."
and the link "this form" just redirects me to https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html where I cannot find any direct contact to the "Customer service team".

yes of course. What if I changed my email?What if I no longer have access to the old Fotolia registration email? That's a glaring deficiency in the procedures. If I sue I win for sure.

Yep, same thing for me. I tried to go through the migration progress a while back but gave up. It didn't work despite my changing passwords etc. It just would not sync.
I've just tried to go through the process again and I'm just going in a loop. Why is this so hard?
