Freeze frame from the video as a separate image

Hi! I have a question. There are several pictures for sale in my profile that I want to turn into animation and upload as a video. Can I do this and will there be any problems? If the first frame of the video will duplicate the static image available in my profile.

The worse that can happen is that you will get a refusal. I don't see, however, a reason to buy a video made of still images.

I would use different images in the animation project to be on the safe side.
