sftp access is getting phased out. If you do not have the required link, you can't submit using sftp.

Use desktop Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge or Safari to upload graphics & image files (JPG, PNG with transparency, AI, EPS or SVG).

Qualified accounts can use SFTP for Video files.
