Has Adobe stopped allowing new accounts

I just created an Adobe Stock Contributor account, but it was suspended immediately. I didn’t even get a chance to upload anything.

 

Has Adobe stopped allowing new accounts? Or is this a mistake? Please let me know.

No, Adobe is still allowing new accounts. Did you get suspended before?

No, this is my first time opening an Adobe Stock Contributor account. My friend and I both created our accounts on the same day, and we were both suspended immediately. We didn’t upload anything or violate any rules
