Has anyone ever experienced being deactivated without receiving an email notification?

I find in junk mail there is no email.

I have a 10-year portfolio with no AI images, only photos and vectors. And my earnings were normal, with no unusual amounts, even in the morning before the deactivation occurred.

I’ve already sent an contact form to Adobe,

but I’d like to know how long it will take for my account to be reactivated. or it will deactivated permanent.

Why did Adobe deactivate my account without any warning?

Are you sure that it has been deactivated? It may not have been simply reachable for an unknown reason?

Yes, I'm sure. It show up on first page on contribution site and said account be de-activated. And I can not get in dashboard.

That's strange. You could try contacting Adobe contributor support to learn what happened. Sounds to me as a bad bug. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

The banner message that you see on your account page IS the warning from Adobe. You should receive an update to your case after Adobe completes the investigation. Some accounts do get restored if they find no egregious violations of the T&C's. It could take days, or it could take weeks. Few contributors come back here to report on the outcome and how long it took.

First, an email notification about a deactivated account probably doesn't contain an explicit reason as to why your account was deactivated. If you filled out the Contact Us link to ask for details, that is how to find out what the specific problem is. And it may take awhile to get a response even then, depending on the number of investiations ahead of yours.

As for being a contributor for 10 years without any issues, it may be related to this from Adobe:

"We have introduced new technology to help evaluate new submissions and audit the existing collection against our new policies. This expanded auditing has resulted in the reclassification and removal of over 100K assets."
