Hello! after reinstalling Windows, Adobe stopped accepting photos

Hello! after reinstalling Windows, Adobe stopped accepting photos. i use ASDSee Pro 10 to enlarge photos. Interpolation method: Lancet. Optimization: Huffman, 100% quality. It looks like a good picture, but Adobe rejects everything..., please help me, before reinstalling Windows everything went fine. Thanks in advance!

    I'm in agreement with @Test Screen Name, @RALPH_L, and @Nancy OShea. Upscaling has caused noticeable technical flaws in this illustration.  It appears upscaling has caused some artefacts around the edges of the illustration and softened the details more than they already were.

     

    The histogram does indeed show it's underexposed and missing some whites.

     

    Specifically with the illustration being AI generated, there were noticeable changes in texture between the flowers and the table, and a few randomly created spots that are common with AI.

     

    Make sure to zoom in to 100% and examine the details thoroughly to avoid rejections.

    Спасибо, скорее всего это так и есть! я хотел дать резкий фокус на первый план, но наверное испортил всю картину....

    Мой переводчик не очень хорош:). все работы ИИ сразу помечаются как "илюстрация" На сайте, поэтому нет повода для беспокойства.

    Also, is this AI generative work? You MUST NOT describe these as photos. They are illustrations.

    This is an AI job, and there's a checkmark that says "this photo was taken by an AI". is it possible that the RGB histogram is too low?

    The original photo is a good quality 2048*2048, 24bit and deepens well . Most likely the photo is on a black background, the RGB is low. Landscapes are good and the RGB is higher there.

    Hmm, sorry I see you are indeed upscaling. You must not. It is FORBIDDEN by Adobe. Some pics may have been accepted in error, but if users complain you may find yourself blocked.

    What do you mean "interpolation method"?  Are you upscaling (increasing pixel count)?
