Hello, I'm not good at English. I'd like to ask my friends. Now my account has been completely closed (I've received an email saying that it will definitely not be opened). Question

  1. Can I open a new account? (New email)
  1. Can I upload real photos that I have uploaded to the closed portfolio? (These are real photos, my copyright)
  1. Can I use the same account for receiving money?

1. Can you have the new account closed? Yes!

If Adobe permanently closed your account, then I assume that your violation was so severe, that they no longer wish to have you as a contributor. 

If you open a new account with a different email address and give fradulent personal information and submit a fradulent W8-Ben tax report, your new account will also probably be closed.

Why try to trick Adobe? That is probably what got you into this mess.

If you upload the same images without a clear understanding of exactly why your account was closed, you run the risk of another account also being closed - seems like a big waste of time to me !
