Hello, is this picture too noisy?

I think the pics are photograms of a video so they are out of focus, not sharpen enough. Could be???

Even in the small size, the soft focus was obvious, so I looked no further. Perhaps your drone isn't capable of taking sharply focused images?

It's not very sharp, especially when you zoom in, there are some burnt-out areas on the buildings, white balance may be an issue, the second photo looks a little green, and if you've used noise reduction, then it's too much as there are no details - it's too smooth.
