Can someone provide me with a sample property fill if I'm doing portraits with AI, fictional characters. what should i put here? please give a sample, because not all the points are clear and one hundred can be left blank?

I'm familiar with this information, but it's still not clear, where in the release should I indicate that this is a fictitious model? that's why i want to see a sample, i already read the rules 5 times and nothing is clear, i'm also from Ukraine and english is not my native language, which complicates the situation.
