The picture is missing blacks and whites as shown on the histogram:

It's not exactly a great sunset picture. As there are numerous sunset pictures, if you want to get it should provide a "wow" effect. It isn't doing that.

In addition, your camera's sensor has a pixel error, that needs to be compensated for.

It is underexposed, the clouds are not focused sharp and there is too little foreground. What is the subject, other than sunset?

There are a ton of sunset photos already in the database. This genre is hard to compete with.
